BUILD A GIFT BOX INSTRUCTIONS:

*Note* Please do NOT check out until you have added your build a box item! Orders placed with only the build a box listing will be cancelled.

➡️ STEP 1: Choose your greeting card. Add your gift message in the "personalization" box. Add the "Build a Box - START HERE" listing to your cart.

➡️ STEP 2: Select the items to be included in your box from our "Build a Box" section.

➡️ STEP 3: When you have (1) added the build a box listing to your cart (2) added the items you'd like in your box to your cart, you can (3) PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

✿ Can I use a card that is not offered on the drop down list?
Yes! You can use any card you see in our shop for your gift box, or we have several blank card options. Just leave us a note at checkout with your card choice.

✿ Where does my personalization go?
Your personalization (gift message for your recipient) gets typed onto the backside of the greeting card. There is a front/back side on the 4" x 5" post card style greeting card. If you'd like to hand write the message yourself, you can say "no gift message" in the personalization section.

✿ How is the boxed shipped?
Items are shipped in a gift box. The gift box is then wrapped in a poly bag mailer to keep the gift box clean and ready for gifting.

✿ How do we ship your package?
We ship most of our domestic packages through USPS Mail. UPS is used for International orders.

✿ Can I ship this gift directly to the recipient?
Yes! Leave the recipient's name and address as your shipping address at checkout and we'll ship the gift to the recipient.

✿ How long does this gift box take to ship?
We ship within 1-3 business days. In most cases, gifts boxes are received within 7-9 days of ordering.
